Kiya specializes in all three types of buildings; specializing in commercial style residential builds.
Kiya has built many low-rise buildings including duplexes and triplexes as well as mid-rise buildings, and is set to build a high-rise project in the near future. With the luxury custom home background and experience, these buildings have similar building style, features and floor plans so that the client is able to get the most for their money as well as get the best use of the space available to them. Kiya is known to think outside the box. Land is just land, until a structure is designed and placed on it. Let Kiya be the one to help make that structure be all that it can be. Let Kiya maximize the use of the entire lands by liaising with the engineers, planners and local city authorities, brainstorming and coming up with the best solution that benefits the client at the end. Kiya has a vast knowledge of what it takes to make sure these authorities approve their proposals and has the ability to present ideas to the city planners that they haven’t even thought of, in an effort to make their city exceptional. Kiya strives to provide the client with a final structure that guarantees the best return on their investment.
